Ultimate Superfood Smoothie
Easypeasy breakfast on the run — Serves 2 (tall glasses)

3 cups milk (or milk substitute)
2 tsp CHIA SEEDS (best pre-ground in spice/coffee grinder)
1 large banana (or 2 small)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries eg. Blueberries, strawberries

1 Tbsp soaked GOJI BERRIES
1 Tbsp COCONUT PALM SUGAR (if using tart berries like bilberrys, etc)

Mindful Preparation:
1. Whack all in blender or food processor until desired consistency reached.
