My passion for being active began when I was 4 years old. Dancing through my entire childhood into adulthood achieving A2 level and teaching dance for the last 5 years I discovered the benefits of yoga. Connecting movement with the breathe helped not only dance but with everyday health.
To further develop my Yoga techniques and teaching I went to Thailand for advanced training. This guided me to not only the physical benefits but the mental and spiritual. The Holistic experience lets me share and guide others into a healthier happier being.
